These terms govern your use of Open AI UGC, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service generates UGC-style video ads with virtual AI creators from your script and product details. Because the presenters are AI-generated, your ads must comply with advertising disclosure rules in your market — do not present AI creators as real customers or make claims about a product that are not true.

Your content

You keep ownership of scripts and product assets you provide; videos generated for you may be used in your own advertising, subject to these terms and to platform advertising policies. Only advertise products you are authorized to sell or promote.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
